Delivery Options

Following the changes to international shipping post-Brexit,
orders to Ireland will be sent via courier service Colissimo, in association with An Post. We have temporarily paused sending orders via FedEx.

Delivery is free and fully insured and you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. All parcels are dispatched in discreet packaging and will need to be signed for on delivery*.

* Please note: Signatures may not be taken at present due to Covid-19 distancing guidelines.

Orders may be dispatched the same day as long as cleared funds are received by 1:00 pm. If funds are received after 1:00 pm your order will be dispatched the following day. We may need to ask for identification documents which could delay the dispatch of your order.

Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels, with delivery of the additional package(s) coming once the previous parcel has been received.

Times are an estimate provided by the postal services used. Orders may occasionally take longer.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day that your order was dispatched. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed, orders may occasionally take longer.

All orders are fully insured up to the value of €40,000 per parcel. Orders in excess of €40,000 will be dispatched in separate insured parcels.

Please note: Your next parcel will only be dispatched following the full receipt of the first parcel.

Due to Covid-19 distancing guidelines, signatures upon delivery have been waived temporarily.

Not going to be home?

Customers are required to sign for orders upon delivery but, if you're not home, the postal service should leave you a contact card to go and collect your item or request redelivery.

If this is inconvenient we can also arrange to ship your item(s) at a more convenient time in the future, should you be away from home. Whether it's a business trip, an appointment, or a holiday we can hold onto your order in our vault until you're ready to receive.
