All orders of any size or value up to €30,000 are sent via the Royal Mail's international service and An Post as part of our free and insured delivery service, meaning you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. All parcels are dispatched in discreet packaging and w ill need to be signed for on delivery.
Orders will be dispatched the same day as long as cleared funds are received by 2:00 pm. All orders for which funds are received after 2:00 pm may be dispatched the following day. Orders worth more than €30,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day that your order was dispatched. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed, orders may occasionally take longer.
The Courier 2-Day upgrade is available on orders of any value. This delivery option is fulfilled by FedEx, costs €17.50 (including VAT), and is fully insured up to the value of €30,000 per parcel. Orders in excess of €30,000 will be dispatched in separate insured parcels.
Please note: Your next parcel will only be dispatched following the full receipt of the first parcel.
Orders will be dispatched the same day as long as cleared funds are received by 11:30 am. All orders for which funds are received after 11:30 am may be dispatched the following day. All parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.
Not going to be home?
Customers are required to sign for orders upon delivery but, if you're not home, the postal service should leave you a contact card to go and collect your item or request redelivery.
If this is inconvenient we can also arrange to ship your item(s) at a more convenient time in the future, should you be away from home. Whether it's a business trip, an appointment, or a holiday we can hold onto your order in our vault until you're ready to receive.
