Description

The 2019 Lunar annual series continues with the Year of the Pig. This beautiful 2019 Year of the Pig 2oz gold coin features an Australian Yorkshire pig, and is struck in 999.9 purity. Each year, The Perth Mint issues these coins to celebrate the Chinese Lunar Calendar, so each year features the respective animal from a cycle of twelve.

Perth Mint have decided to keep the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley on the obverse.
