The obverse design features Augustus Saint-Gaudens' image of Liberty, holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. The reverse design of the American gold Eagle could either be the Type I design by sculptor Miley Busiek, and features a male Eagle carrying an olive branch flying above a nest or the Type II design featuring a close up of a blad eagle's head created by Jennie Norris. The US government guarantee the stated amount of actual gold weight in troy ounces. By law, the gold must be sourced from American mines.
Orders to Ireland will be sent via Colissimo (DPD/An Post) with an optional upgrade to FedEx. Parcels are dispatched from within the EU.
Delivery is free for orders over €500, and all parcels are fully insured until confirmed as delivered by the courier.
