A 2023 tenth ounce Australian Kangaroo gold coin featuring Australia's national animal the Kangaroo, but with the design changing each year.
The tenth ounce gold Kangaroo, also known as the 'Nugget' is the official national bullion coin of Australia with a face value of 10 Australian Dollars. It is struck in 99.99% pure gold and has a weight of 0.1 troy ounces, or 3.11 grams. The 2023 design features the iconic Australian scene of a red kangaroo standing in the dusty plains of the outback with a Eucalyptus tree in the background. The obverse side of the coin features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
