Description

The second portrait of Queen Victoria gold Sovereigns first appeared in her Jubilee year of 1887 and continued until 1893. It should therefore come as no surprise that this sovereign is commonly referred to as the 'Jubilee Head'. The reverse of the coin has the standard George and Dragon design.

Please note, as this product is our choice of year the image of the coin reverse above has been photoshopped to not show a date. You will receive a coin in a gift box from any year between 1887 and 1893.
