Introducing the 2024 Year of the Dragon coloured 1oz silver coin (Blue Dragon), crafted by the Perth Mint from 99.99% pure silver and celebrating the Chinese Lunar year of the dragon. These unique versions of the lunar dragon coin features a specially painted blue dragon and comes in a special presentation card.

The dragon, symbolizing bravery, ambition, intelligence, and good fortune, influences those born in 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012, and 2024. The reverse showcases a Chinese mythical dragon beautifully painted and featuring flaming pearl symbolising spiritual energy, wisdom, prosperity, power and immortality. Included in the design is the Chinese character for ‘dragon’, the inscription ‘DRAGON 2024’ and a ‘P125’ mintmark signifying The Perth Mint’s 125th anniversary.

This 2024 Blue Dragon Perth Mint 1oz silver coin has a limited worldwide mintage of only 5,000 coins.
