The coin features a crowned coinage portrait of King Charles III on the obverse side, created by artist Martin Jennings. The reverse side features a design by celebrated coinage artist Timothy Noad, depicting symbols of the coronation ceremony.

This gold proof coin is made of 22-carat (916.7) gold and has a diameter of 38.61mm.
