Description

Introducing the Australian Lunar Series III 2024 Year of the Dragon 2oz silver coin, crafted from 99.99% pure silver and celebrating the Chinese Lunar year of the dragon.

The dragon, symbolizing bravery, ambition, intelligence, and good fortune, influences those born in 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012, and 2024. The reverse showcases a Chinese mythical dragon with stylized waves and fog, highlighting its elemental control. The design includes the Chinese character for 'dragon,' the inscription 'DRAGON 2024,' and the 'P125' mintmark, marking The Perth Mint’s 125th anniversary. The obverse features the Jody Clark Memorial Obverse of Queen Elizabeth II, with details of her reign, the coin’s weight, purity, and monetary denomination, while an authentication feature adds an extra layer of protection against counterfeiting.

This coin is Australian legal tender and features the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, a special 'P125' anniversary mintmark, and an authentication feature for added security.
